Low Country Boil

Our Louisiana Style Shrimp Boil (aka Frogmore Stew) includes large shrimp, smoked beef or Andouille sausage, corn-on-the-cob, red potatoes, baby carrots, sweet onions, lemon wedges and spices.

Lobster and/or Crab can be added to your event if desired.

Crawfish flown in from Bayou country boiled in our special Cajun spice and served with red potatoes, corn on the cob,  sausage, mushrooms, bread and lemon wedges.

The boiled Crawfish season is February - June.

 Sausage, Onions and Bell Peppers sautéed in Olive Oil and added to slow cooked Red Beans.

 Jambalaya
 Tender Chicken & Smoked Sausage slowly simmered with Onions, Green Peppers, Cajun Spices and long-grain Rice.

 Gumbo
A rich, hearty soup thickened with our homemade brown Roux, Chicken, Sausage, and fresh Vegetables.

 Seafood Gumbo
A rich, hearty soup prepared with Shrimp and Crab Meat and Fresh Vegetables and thickened with our homemade Roux.

 Etouffee
 Take your pick of Chicken, Shrimp or Crawfish smothered in a thick and creamy sauce.

Bourbon Chicken
Tender Chicken slow cooked in a Sweet Brown Sauce and served over steamed rice.
Yellow Jacket Stew
A Sweet & Spicy blend of Corn, Black Beans and Sweet Onions.

All our Cajun/Creole catering packages are boiled, steamed or grilled at your Atlanta area location and include serving staff, service dishes, serving tables and covers, utensils and condiments.

Packages usually feature unlimited dining for up to two hours. There is a service charge, which covers the cost of product liability insurance, staff, equipment and transportation. This fee varies depending on the distance traveled and length of food service.

We have custom built boiling trailers that can boil 500 pounds of seafood every 60 minutes! Events up to 8,000 are supported by numerous corporate/private referrals.

Frozen drink machines available with or without bartenders. We know how to make mean Frozen Hurricanes, Margaritas and Kids Drinks too! We've got you covered. Ask for details.

Ask for proof of liability insurance and worker's compensation. They're both required by law in the state of Georgia of all caterers. Illegal caterers are an unnecessary risk to you, your guests and their staff members.
